SERVICE AGREEMENT
The Creative Legal Studio – Subscriber Agreement
Effective as of: 08/05/2025
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “user”) and KayRenee Law™, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Indiana, governing your access to and use of The Creative Legal Studio (“Platform” or “Service”), an online, subscription-based legal education platform for creative entrepreneurs.
1. Scope of Services
The Platform provides educational content, including video lessons, templates, downloadable tools, webinars, and other materials designed to help creatives understand legal topics such as intellectual property, contracts, and business operations.
This service does NOT provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
2. User Eligibility
To subscribe, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. By subscribing, you agree to use the Platform solely for personal or internal business education purposes.
3. Subscription & Payment Terms

The subscription is billed on a monthly basis.

Payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Access to the Platform continues through the end of the billing period following cancellation.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days’ prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform—including videos, templates, downloads, and written materials—is the intellectual property of KayRenee Law™, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own educational purposes. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any content without express written permission.
5. Disclaimers & No Legal Advice
The Creative Legal Studio is an educational platform only. It does not provide legal representation, individualized legal advice, or any guarantee of legal outcomes. Use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and KayRenee Law™ or its representatives.
You are solely responsible for applying the information to your business and should consult a licensed attorney for advice specific to your situation.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Share your login or access with others

Download, republish, or distribute content outside personal educational use

Use the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Harass or disrupt other users or hosts during live sessions or community features
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KayRenee Law™, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KayRenee Law™, LLC, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any third party.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Marion County, Indiana, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator), and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, except where otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the intent of the original provision.
