📄 SERVICE AGREEMENT

KayRenee Law™ On-Demand – Subscriber Agreement
Effective as of: 08/05/2025

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (“Subscriber,” “you,” or “user”) and KayRenee Law™, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Indiana, governing your access to and use of KayRenee Law™ On-Demand (“Platform” or “Service”), an online legal education platform designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals.

1. Scope of Services

The Platform provides on-demand access to legal education materials, including video lessons, templates, guides, webinars, and other resources focused on business law topics such as intellectual property, contracts, compliance, data privacy, and more.

This service does NOT provide legal advice and does not establish an attorney-client relationship.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into this Agreement. By subscribing, you agree to use the platform for educational purposes only and not for legal representation or case-specific consultation.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Subscription is billed on a monthly basis.

  • Payments are automatically charged to your saved payment method unless canceled before the next billing date.

  • Access remains active through the end of the billing cycle after cancellation.

  • Pricing may change with 14 days’ prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Platform—including videos, downloads, templates, and written materials—is the sole intellectual property of KayRenee Law™, LLC and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal or internal business educational use only. Content may not be shared, modified, resold, or redistributed without written consent.

5. Disclaimers & No Legal Advice

KayRenee Law™ On-Demand is for general legal education purposes only. It does not offer legal advice, legal services, or create an attorney-client relationship. All content is informational in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for legal counsel.

You are responsible for seeking professional legal advice tailored to your situation when needed.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or grant others access to your account

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform

  • Use the Platform in any unlawful or unauthorized manner

  • Disrupt live sessions or abuse community features, if applicable

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KayRenee Law™, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss—arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KayRenee Law™, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees resulting from your misuse of the Platform, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Indiana.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Marion County, Indiana, following applicable arbitration procedures. Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
