3. Subscription and Billing Terms

Access is provided through a monthly subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and using the cancellation option in your billing settings.

You will retain access to content through the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued after access to paid materials has been granted, unless due to billing error or technical fault. "Access" is defined as the ability to log in and view or download any part of the paid content.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to act respectfully and responsibly when using the platform. Inappropriate behavior or misuse may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Inappropriate conduct includes but is not limited to:

Harassment, hate speech, threats, or disruptive behavior in live sessions or community spaces
